Things to note
The plain surface must be clean and moistened to prevent impurities from affecting the adhesion.
If you spray water-based acrylic resin (Primer) one day before construction as a base treatment, the effect will be better.
Add this product to water and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer before use.
The working time is about one hour in the barrel. If the materials are used continuously, they should be stirred before use.
Apply the bonding layer mortar (adhesive) to the concrete wall, and then apply the base material on the bonding layer mortar (adhesive). (If the wall is made of red bricks, just apply it directly to the wall.) It is recommended to apply the adhesive layer mortar (adhesive) with a trowel with a tooth gap of ≧5mm to improve the interface bonding ability with the energy-saving insulation material (CM197).
The thickness of each application should not be greater than 30mm. If it is greater than 30mm, it will be necessary to wait for the bottom layer to solidify (about one day) before applying the thickening layer.
